(Recipe #55 from the "Cheesecake - 181 Recipes")
1) 1 1/4 cups graham cracker crumbs (I used digestive biscuits)
2) 1/4 cup granulated sugar
3) 3 tablespoon cocoa power (additional)
4) 1/3 cup butter or margarine, melted
5) 2 (250g) packages cream cheese, softened
6) 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
7) 3 large eggs
8) 1/4 cup lemon juice (I used 1 1/2 teaspoon lemon paste)
9) 1 cup sour cream
10) 1 (21-ounce) can cherry pie filling (I used blueberry filling)
1. Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, cocoa powder and melted butter; press on the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.2. In a mixer bowl, beat softened cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth. Add eggs and lemon juice; mix well. Pour into the prepared pan. Bake at 325°F (160°C) for 50 to 55 minutes. (Depends on your oven)3. Top with sour cream, then bake 5 minutes longer. Chill. Top with blueberry filling.Makes 12 servings.
